11th Hour is the moment. The moment of realization that you are unsatisfied with the situation at hand. The moment you realize you have the power to change the perspective of your reality. The moment you make a choice to think and act differently, knowing it will bring about a better outcome. There’s always hope, there’s always magic, nothing is too late, nothing is too early.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Embrace the present.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”15px”][vc_column_text]
We are 11th Hour Coffee and we find it quite strange that we created an entity that is considered someone you can meet, but welcome to marketing. As a company we would prefer not to write anything on this bag, but we know we have to convince you to buy it. So what we would like you to know is we source our coffees ethically, care for our employees and honor the relationships created with the people that represent this product. Daily we embody our craft and care for the details. Coffee is our medium of expression and contribution to society. We invite you to enjoy our fine coffees in hopes it brings not only something to your psychology, but also brings you closer to yourself and the people around you.

I grew up in Aptos, California my whole life. I was homeschooled, then went to public school. I lived in Australia for some time and in Tahoe for the three winters. One thing I am consistent with is following my passions wherever they take me. My struggle has been having a consistent passion and sticking with it. Like most young people, I have been figuring out what it is I want from life financially, spiritually, and emotionally. I wanted to find a career path that would satisfy all three parts to the highest degree. 11th Hour Coffee arose from the ground with the intention of the 11th Hour defintion being fluid. The 11th Hour is what it needs to be subjectively for you in order gain inspiration for action and change.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”10px”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1507602129482{margin-right: 10px !important;margin-left: 10px !important;}”]My favorite part of each day is a cup of craft coffee and conversation so I ran with that. I bought a roaster and 200 pounds of green coffee from four different regions. I needed more education and hands on experience with coffee to make sure it was a passion I want to pursue long-term. Soon found out, this is something I really do want to pursue and stick with. This feeling I had never felt in my life, so I knew it was right. The ideas starting flowing and I created 11th Hour Coffee. 11th Hour Coffee’s values are commit to quality, hold integrity, remember why we started, authenticity and we plan to keep those values throughout this company’s expansion. Thanks for stopping by to read this. Stay tuned for quality coffee and quality of life.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”75px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” css=”.vc_custom_1492642387961{margin-left: 15px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/2″ offset=”vc_hidden-xs”][vc_empty_space height=”125″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1492642294267{margin-right: 10px !important;margin-left: 10px !important;}”]When looking at the world we live in today, I see constant motion.
